So, we implemented Gamatbot – our Virtual Assistant created with Artificial Intelligence that uses Microsoft technology and pre-trained LLM models for continuous learning and improvement. In other words, with Gamabot, Agi started saving time and increasing productivity. The data is automatically and periodically indexed so that when an employee performs a search, they can access a summary of all related information existing in their ecosystem.

And that’s how we migrated 68TB of file data from over 5,000 Heineken employees, including inventory control, factory monitoring spreadsheets, and HR documents, to Microsoft cloud with zero incidents.

The MEV Checklist was developed to replace a process that was still carried out offline using paper in Vale’s operational areas.

With the app created using Power Apps Mobile and other Microsoft resources, the mobilization of vehicles and equipment is now managed digitally and synchronously, even in operations where an internet connection is not available.
